What nagnag is
nagnag turns a short message you type into a ~30-second cartoon video with a song, made with AI. It is run by RAPOLLO (UEN 53533465J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (“we”). By using the Telegram bot @nagnag_bot, the web app at nagnag.net, or this website you accept these terms.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older to use nagnag or to buy videos. By using it you confirm that you are.
What you may ask for
Ask for songs that tease a habit, remind, teach, convince or celebrate. You must not use nagnag to make, request or share anything that:
• harasses, bullies, threatens, shames or humiliates anyone, or targets a person for who they are (race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, body, age);
• is sexual, or involves a child in any harmful way;
• encourages violence, self-harm, eating disorders, or anything dangerous or illegal;
• impersonates a real person or organization, or is meant to deceive the person who receives it;
• is a scam, spam, or dishonest or misleading advertising;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• breaks any law that applies to you or to the person you send it to.
Don't type other people's personal data: full names with private details, addresses, phone numbers, emails, ID or account numbers, health, financial or other sensitive information. A first name or a role (“my husband”) is all a song needs. If you include someone's personal data anyway, you confirm you have their permission.
Don't send a video to someone who doesn't want it, and stop when asked.
We screen every request automatically and may soften or refuse it, but the screening can miss things: it doesn't move responsibility to us.
You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to accept these terms.
Your responsibility
You alone are responsible for what you type, what you make, and how, where and to whom you send or share it, and for any consequences: to you, to the person who receives it, or to anyone else. We don't review videos before you get them, and we are not responsible for how you use them.
If your use of nagnag breaks these terms or the law, or harms someone, you agree to cover the claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal costs) that we face because of it.
We may refuse a request, turn off a share link, delete content, or stop you from using nagnag, without notice, if we believe you broke these terms. Paid videos you can no longer use because of that are not refunded.
Your account
In the web app you sign in with your email address, by a code we email you, with Google or with Apple. Keep your email account secure: whoever can read it can sign in as you. A web account and a Telegram account are separate, each with its own free video and balance.
The videos
Lyrics, music, pictures and voices are generated by AI and may be imperfect or unexpected. You may share and use the videos you make for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms. They are not checked for trademarks or rights of others in what you asked for: that part is yours.
Free videos carry a nagnag.net watermark. Every video ends with a short nagnag card.
Payments
Your first video is free. After that, in the Telegram bot, videos are sold in packs for Telegram Stars, at the prices shown in the bot before you pay. Videos you buy don't expire.
If a paid video fails on our side, the video comes back to your balance automatically. You can get a full refund of your latest pack while none of its videos are used: send /paysupport in the bot. Telegram refunds Stars only for a whole payment. For anything else, write to [email protected].
In the web app, videos are sold in packs by card, in US dollars, at the prices shown before you pay; the payment page is Stripe's. Videos you buy don't expire. If a paid video fails on our side, the video comes back to your balance. You can get a full refund of your latest pack while none of its videos are used, from Payment help in the web app; the money goes back to your card, which banks take 5 to 10 days to show.
Sharing and reports
A video is private to your chat until you tap Share link. Anyone with the link can then watch it, until you turn the link off. Anyone can report a video; we may turn off links to videos that break these terms.
No guarantee
nagnag is provided as it is, without any promise that it suits a purpose or works without interruption. We may change, pause or stop it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything caused by what users make or share, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. Singapore law governs these terms, and its courts decide disputes.
