Who we are
nagnag is run by RAPOLLO (UEN 53533465J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. Contact: [email protected].
What we DON'T know or record
In the Telegram bot we don't ask for or keep your name, username, phone number, email address, country, home address, date of birth, photos or contacts. Telegram shows bots your name and username; we don't store them. In the web app we keep only the email address you sign in with (see below). Payments reach us without your card or bank details, and we never ask for them.
We don't keep IP addresses or track you across other apps or websites. The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies: only one that keeps you signed in to the web app (30 days), short-lived ones during sign-in, one that remembers the language you chose (a year), and, if you came from one of our own links, one that remembers which link until you sign in (7 days).
The only things that could identify you are your Telegram user id (a number) and whatever you type into a request yourself, such as a first name. What you type is deleted after 30 days, or at once with /delete.
What we keep
Your Telegram user id, or for the web app your email address, so we know you, your free video stays used, and your payments and balance stay yours. It stays after /delete (or Delete my data) for the same reason; to have it erased too, write to [email protected].
Sign-in codes, stored only as a scrambled hash and deleted within a day.
What you type and tap to make a video, the lyrics, the storyboard, the song and the video. These are deleted 30 days after you make the video, or at once when you send /delete.
Payments (Telegram's or Stripe's payment id, the pack, the amount) and your balance of videos. These are kept for accounting, also after /delete.
What each video cost us to make, and counts of visits and shares. People are counted as an anonymous code, not by name or Telegram id.
Reports of videos, without the reporter's name.
Who processes it
To make a video, what you typed and the lyrics go to Anthropic (Claude, the writer, the safety check and the storyboard) and to ElevenLabs (the song and its timing). Our server and storage are at Hetzner in Germany; the website is served through Cloudflare. Payments go through Telegram. For the web app, sign-in emails are sent through SendGrid (Twilio), and if you choose Sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address (nothing else). If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple tells us your email address, or a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email, and we keep only that. Card payments in the web app are processed by Stripe: you type your card details on Stripe's page, and we never see them. Stripe tells us the payment went through, its amount and its id, and the email address you paid with. If you send us feedback, we keep what you wrote with your account, to read and answer it, until you delete your data. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Shared links
A share page shows the video and its title to anyone with the link, until you turn it off or the video is deleted. Pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines.
Your choices
/mydata in the bot shows what we keep. /delete deletes your videos, songs, lyrics, what you typed and your links at once. In the web app, My data and Delete my data do the same. To ask for anything else, write to [email protected].
Children
nagnag is for adults, 18 and over. We don't knowingly keep data about anyone younger; if you think a child has used it, write to [email protected] and we'll delete what we hold.
California residents
We don't sell or share your personal information, as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those words. You can ask what we keep about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at [email protected]; we won't treat you differently for asking.
